Bioplex 500 should always be used neat and undiluted. For best results, decant into a clean container and immerse component. Agitation and mechanical assistance will improve the performance of the cleaner as well as the use of ultrasonics. Bioplex 500 should not be heated.
For light soiling, rinsing is not necessary. However if rinsing, always use de-ionised water. Allow to air dry, or dry with lint-free laboratory cloth. Replace container lid tightly after every use to reduce oxidation. Discard used Bioplex 500 after 24 hours to reduce oxidation contamination. Waste product may be discharged to foul drain, subject to usual consent limits.
